I'm glad I chose Otter for my specific need, storage for 1-2 weeks to lessen the items for my official move out. Boris and Roberto make a great team! They communicated and coordinated with each other very smoothly. I didn't have a lot of items for storage, but they were fast and efficient, whole pick up and loading lasted within 30 minutes! Highly recommended.

My only knock against them is that there's not much communication between when you book them and the day before your move, but, once they reach out to confirm the move, they are READY. Otter Moving & Storage was great - they are meticulous through the initial planning stage but gave a good deal and was willing to come out to New Jersey to do the move. The movers themselves were efficient, courteous, and offered to help move things that they weren't required to do. They even made a double trip so that none of my belongings were damaged in the move and set up our living room, carpets, bedrooms the way we wanted them. Would absolutely recommend again.

First move 5 months ago there were some bumps along the way but otters made sure this wouldn’t happen this time and I’m glad that I gave it another chance. Diego and his team arrived right on time, they were extremely fast yet careful. With 2 pickup locations and a drop off everything was done in a little over 2 hours. Otter was able to provide every service we were looking for in-house and they gave us the best and most transparent quote of the dozen or so moving companies we spoke with. They were patient and kind with adjusting their quote as our inventory evolved, and were understanding, kind, and reasonable when we encountered a setback. Every interaction was quick, efficient, and professional. I put down a $50 deposit to secure my moving date and time, and they contacted me by phone and email the day before to complete the rest of the payment as well as confirm all details of the move. Communication with Otter was extremely easy and smooth; they are very responsive and informative if you have any questions leading up to the day of the move. On the morning of my move, my movers (Izzy and his team) texted me 30 minutes before they arrived to let me know their ETA. They were very punctual and arrived when they said they would. I was very happy with Izzy and his team; they were friendly, efficient, and made the move very easy for me. It was a rainy day and they made sure to put down a cloth in the doorway to keep the floors dry which I appreciate. My mattress, desk, and desk chair were carefully wrapped before they moved it out.
